One of the most over looked things is looking at blended rate IF you are consolidating debt.

You'd want to consider your blended rate and see where that falls.

If you do not insure the LLC for Property Management, there are a lot of situations where you will be uncovered.  

You should never buy a park when sellers try to blend the two.
