I've read and listened to plenty of podcasts and have gotten in the game...I'm just looking for that coaching and knowledge to propel my further and faster than figuring it out on my own.To any experienced investor willing to share their wisdom and insights, I offer my willingness to learn, and hands-on support in your projects.

Excited for the journey and wisdom it will yield.

I also wouldn’t mind working for someone for free, as long as I’m gaining knowledge and wisdom about REI.

And when you do a cash out refinance right before a sale (conventional wisdom says within 12 months or so) you are taking part of the profit out.The answer is to adjust your model just a little bit.
