Unbelievable.

(Sounds too familiar - I ran away from this in my home country)Unbelievable! 

But, I paid for the Keyspire membership (it wasn't 30k then, but it was a lot) with a loan,  and got an unbelievable baseline of knowledge which has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in mistakes, met multiple financial and joint venture partners, got an unbelievable foreclosure, and belong to a great network of like-minded investors.

I was able to see the studio unit today and it was unbelievably small, about 150sq ft.

A 9% cap rate would be unbelievable in a good neighborhood.

I have read about things like no-doc loans, using assets as collateral for loans etc. and am just curious how that would work in a BRRRR'ing strategy or if you would hit a wall somewhere.No-doc seems a little unbelievable, hard to imagine they still exist.. do they?

Oh added details, I have a very deep pocket investor who I've linked up with seriously an unbelievable blessing so I'm wondering should I wholesale it to him.

These units seem to have great potential and are in an unbelievable location, just worried about all of the "if's"
