I run a Real Estate Call Center so I'm always getting asked to recommend skip tracing tools like Lead Sherpa or Share Group.

There's always a shortage of deals in the market, specially now.Good news is that once you gain some traction, you'll be able to buy better lists, a power dialer and even hire a VA to help you find qualified seller leads (I run a call center for Real Estate).

Its hard to find a perfect spot anywhere in this country. as long as folks move to where the jobs are or where tax treatment is better I think they kind of over look the adverse weather.

Hey @Karina Busch, there's a great Facebook group called, "Bookkeepers for Real Estate Investors", that is centered around what you need help with.

It's only nudged up by about a hundred bucks.Speaking of neighborhoods, many investors flocked to Center Point.

There are Valley Fair, Downtown, SAP Center, large corporates, etc. nearby.

The investors all are going to turn it into something else - low income housing , student dorms, self storage, transient housing, drug treatment, etc.  

But, if you know Austin and Houston and Center TX all equally well.  

Our population will continue to grow in urban centers, but we will experience greater suburban sprawl leading to increased inventory.  

You can create custom maps to mark areas of interest, track properties you're considering, and note key amenities like schools, shopping centers, and public transport.
