As you astutely mentioned previously based on the assessment the price seems high and although I don't want to be a re-trader, I'm also not going to eat the cost of 10k worth of electrical on a house that I'm paying that much for. 

With that being the case, it would appear that low interest rates (or even ZIRP) would be here to stay.https://www.marketwatch.com/story/traders-now-see-...IF that is the case, which I am not sure it is, what does 'QE Forever' look like?

I was never an aggressive trader and mostly went into bonds and insured securities. 

There is a lot of talk about figuring out where Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, etc are opening up new locations, which would give an indication about up-and-coming neighborhoods. 1.

I can’t rent it out on RV Trader or a similar site because I won’t be home to manage it. 

We live exactly one mile from the beach, trader Joe's and a bunch of other stores in the surrounding area, gym, Michael's, new whole foods ECT that we can walk too...

Having said all of that, I think we're in a state of stagnation and not many investments will work out that well, unless you're a trader and you can move in and out of positions quickly.
