For a land to be considered ag do we have to satisfy certain 'requirement(s)' such as keeping certain number of farm animal on that land at all times or having ag plants being grown on it? 

I am rehabbing a home where it's a full interior repaint (skim, mud, texture, paint) with half the walls with 1970s wallpaper, paint all trims and cabinets, refinish countertop, replace tub and tub surround, tile kitchen/bathroom, LVP in the main bedroom, and replace all light fixtures for 9K on a 1100 sqft home.

If I had done the interior painting myself, it would have looked terrible - they smoothed out the textured walls and it looks great.

I'm working on a 2.2 acre site in plant city a suburb of tampa and the density allows for up to 10 units or 12 units and that is what we are going to push for, the highest density permitted. even then they could go larger through planned development or variance requests but I think that's enough for them on this lot. land has a ton of issues in general, check the elevations, utility access, title, tons of things to consider. happy to take a look I'll send you a message
