You don't want to borrow from people who are terrified to lose their $50k and hover over you.

I'm just really terrified of the "what-ifs" that seem to be greater when you have basement living spaces.  

The city is steadfast in its beliefs that it can legislate its way to prosperity, but I'd side with Ronald Reagan on this one, who said, “The top 9 most terrifying words in the English Language are: I'm from the government, and I'm here to help.”

I remember evaluating Steamboat Springs, CO many years back when it was in a down cycle and we thought we might afford an investment there;  I was terrified by that very concept:  so much available ranch land, already some up for sale at the time, and all I could think of was what Bozeman is doing now:  4000 houses per year as far as the eye can see!!  

I think different people have a different perspective based on their culture some see it as terrifying while other just see it as a neighborhood they used to call home they are also able to relate to the people better because that's who they are familiar with.

That strategy kind of terrifies me though.

I see it is a giant liability monster and to be totally honest I am terrified to poke or provoke it at all in any degree. 

I am excited but also a bit terrified!

I'd like to follow the BRRRR strategy, but walking into most of the homes that need rehabbing terrifies me.

Whatever your religious or not religious preferences, I'm saddened by the shooting rampage in Connecticut today.
