I just wanted to create this post to hear investors thoughts about a MFH vs SFH in the Indianapolis Area (Broad Ripple, Carmel, Fountain Square).Thanks all!

Obviously back in the day folks were lynching people and making them drink out of separate drinking fountains and making them recite the US Constitution from memory in order to be able to register to vote, so being 1.6% away from a majority of voters is a net positive!

@Jason MaThe reason there isn’t Starbucks is because fountain square has worked hard to keep them out and maintain local companies.

I like Washington Township, Irvington (near), Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks etc.

It's in Fountain Square and I need to move a kitchen, add a bathroom, fix the foundation and roof of an add on.

Hopefully most of the improvements are reusable for a future restaurant and in many cases they will be unless they install a bunch of hoods and table top grills at the seats.

I also avoid properties with any sorts of yard amenities or complex landscaping, including pools, fountains, fruit trees, etc.Construction Material: Most city blocks are built using similar construction materials, but there may be exceptions.

But now 46201 caught my attention since it's not far from Fountain Square and maybe it's on the verge of changing too.

Can anyone recommend a professional in the CS/Fountain area specializing in residential window repair and replacement?  

I'm speaking about my experience on June 18 in Fountain Valley.
