This is simple if the smoke is leaving a stink in or around the building that is damages.The stuff they smoke now is super charge and stinks so the smell is an issue.I would explain the issue in simple terms of the stink leaving smells that will have to be treated to fix it.

And we are grandfathered into the FREE super charger systems I drive all over the country and never pay... plus these cars are very fast and with all the battery weight down low they handle as good as my 911 did.. totally sold.. then the last thing is you just order them on line not the pain of going to the car dealerships.Russell I am building a 2 million dollar plus spec in Charleston this year I am going to seriously consider using the tiles for that new build..

One key ingredient that you may be missing is forced appreciation ... if you were able to pick up that 4-plex at $70k because it was run down and vacant, then spend $30k to fix it up, put tenants in there, and be all in for $100k, but the property at that point would be worth $140k because of improvements ... yes, this type of thing is a lot of work to find these types of deals and remodel them, but those are the kind of numbers that get you in the right direction, speed up your progress, and supercharge your profits.
