I'm never in favor of government over stepping, but I can also see how desperate individuals can be taken advantage of during this tragedy. 

@Mario MoralesI think this is a common question and the value that an agent will bring will vary by individual needs.

If you give someone over 19% membership interest in the deal, the bank will usually require a personal guarantee from that individual. 

Most on the other hand are not responsible individuals, are not educated, do not work  which means they are going to be spending most of their time home causing additional wear and tear.
