I need some advice from experienced RE investors.We want to buy a 6 bed/ 5 bath in a great area (top zipcode in the area).Thinking of splitting into 2 units but re-zoning permits are almost impossible in area.Ideas of converting to AirBnb or community center?

My numbers on that property are good now, although it took a year for me to sort out exactly what we wanted to do with it. 700k duplex, single story, about 2,500 sq ft total building size. 1500 sq ft for the 3 bed/2 bath with pool and 1,000 sq ft 2/1 small private yard on the other. 

From what I’ve read in the Wall Street Journal, companies like ALE Solutions specialize in placing displaced families.. so you might want to explore partnering with them.

I'm pretty sure that's why the shop down the street also hired a manager to sell their tee shirts. 

We lived in the country, across the street from Welkinweir.

Bigger Pockets has over 1 million followers on Youtube and I guarantee if you walked out in the street tomorrow and asked the first random 100 people you saw if they knew what it was, you'd be unlikely to get even 1 correct answer. 

@Christopher Mooney - I house-hack a 2 Unit Building in Bayridge Brooklyn which is a 45 minute subway ride to Manhattan Wall Street Financial District (a 7 mile drive).

The street is West Baltimore Street.

And for example there was a Crowd Street deal (Nightingle) where the sponsor omitted losses from their claimed track record (and ultimately was fraud...they never even bought the claimed property).And there appeared to be some difficulty or confusion with obtaining the full and complete track record ( including both realized and unrealized deals).

I want to refurbish the entire house, including a complete kitchen and baths renovation, add an addition on the east side, new roof and siding, new flooring everywhere, paint inside and out"Then ask the GC to go over and put this into a more formal document.
