I am looking to wholesale my first property in the South Florida market since, I'm starting local.As a new wholesaler, I am looking to connect with investors/buyers/agents in the area to hopefully bring business to and get advice that I may not be aware of.

Start with the address and details about the rental.Create a section for tracking the lease information.

That's a great approach in terms of starting with a 3-month lease. 

What starts out as a delta ( wrapping the underlying and taking in the difference) started to break down ..

If I were to start my business over, I would definitely choose the path that offers quicker financial rewards.
