It is not impossible here (have a great gulf front penthouse being listed this week), but generally speaking it is not the way to go in most markets I have ever looked at.

It’s as if pointing out any negatives about the guru, or his system, is a personal attack on themselves.  

It might be just as expensive as your current carrier though...You need to speak to an Independent Agent that can shop the market for you.

I can speak from experience as a student at Texas A&M, I lived in a 5 br/5 b house and I knew plenty of other students who lived in similar houses or "Ag Shacks" if you will.

I recommend before spending thousands of dollars on this you speak to your CPA and your attorney as they will understand your overall financial position and the risk.The question I love to ask is "what are you afraid of being sued for that insurance would not cover you on?"

@Brooke Carlton did you speak with the current lender about their willingness to finance some of that gap for a potential buyer?
