That's one of the bad sides of the "instant information" society we live in.

“But one of the smartest strategies of the world class is doing what they love and finding a way to get paid for it.”On the other hand, middle class take jobs they don’t enjoy “because they need the money and they’ve been trained in school and conditioned by society to live in a linear thinking world that equates earning money with physical or mental effort.”I would have taken the risk and started my own business like I considered after college instead of taking the first job offer that came along.

Not so much in today's entitlement society as more people claim victimization by prediatory lending, etc.

@Chris Field  hit the nail on the head.. much harder than it looks.. sense of entitlement out there in society that creates this  " I deserve it " attitude without putting in the apprenticeship.. you need certain amount of intangibles to be successful at RE

In fact, from my limited observation, procrastination seems to be fairly ubiquitous in our society. 

Europe has been densely populated and has a hierarchal society of owners and pwasants which is what America stood against - Germany is more elitist capitalist oriented than the US is, despite other measures of "socialism" which might be argued started with Bismark.

Later i found out why the cats were there...the local feral cat society set up shop behind the shopping center creating a make shift habitat for these feral cats, and would even come by and feed them on a very regular basis. 

You have joined the society where you don't have to pay for an education, help, advice, or support.  

"Profit" is becoming a bad word in our society; and there are people in every industry / field that give others a bad name... 

Menace to society that guy...Trust me, there are worst things out there.
