Hey guys - I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this situation we are in.

I’m looking to build studio’ sheds behind single family homes.

I am wanting to put an offer in for 85,000 and they negotiate the shed units into the deal so we can title everything as one. 

Good Evening,Can someone please shed some light as to if the Following scenario would work..........Say you use your VA Loan to purchase your Primary ResidenceSo after the 1 year mark is up , could you then Refinance OUT OF your VA Loan and into a Conv.

This is my next step to get out there and meet individuals that are already in the field and know the ins and outs and can shed some knowledge.

The previous owner had improvised handgun stash boxes in most rooms, a void in a kitchen cabinet and over the doorway in the shed. 

I am looking at a mobile home park in CT with the following details:- 18 spaces fully rented for $455 / month (received as an HOA - owner does not own the mobile homes but rents the spaces and includes utilities as part of the $455 fee)- Separate unit on the property:- 3 offices rent for $400 each / month (currently rented)- 1 apt bedroom for $800 / month (currently rented)- A storgage shed that gets $1400 a yearTotal Annual Income = $122,400Total Annual Expenses = $92,701They are asking $1.2M for this property, and I am new to this type of investment.

It's easy to let the little things distract you so you dont have to face the bigger, more real, challenges.I recently ran across a series of articles on anxiety and procrastination that helped shed some light on my situation..
