How do you minimize vacancies between semesters?

Hi my name is Jenna Stark and I am finishing my degree in Business at Texas A&M this semester.  

I currently am 19 years old, live in PA and in the last semester of getting my Associates degree in Business Administration.

From what I've seen, most do one year leases, and if they aren't for one year they tend make them turn over at the same time of year (1-2 weeks before fall semester starts).

Right now, I'm going to college part time (3 classes per semester) & working at a job part time.

All while finishing up my last semester, which I'm extremely ready to be done with school.Never been to a website so many times during a day except Facebook.

The apprenticeship curriculum of federally recognized programs cover less that 1 semester (less than 1 of 8) on ressy wiring.I am not here to toot my own horn, but this is my world.

Assuming COVID does not shut down the campus in the fall and assuming there will be constant renovations (I lived in these same houses, there is always renovations when one group of kids move out semester after semester) how do you ensure students will move in?

Helping to help raise our daughter was full time and my schedule was flexible for me to do that and when I had my medical problems she was in high school and still time consuming and now she only has one semester left to graduate from the University of Arkansas.Do not let any myths you might of heard that you do not need any prior experience or money to get started with apartments.
