How do you screen your tenants , and how far away from your personal home would you be willing to look for a property?    

My accountant said we can do a share screen if I like so I'll take him up on that to find out why 8 hours of bookkeeping cleanup is necessary and not included in his tax return filing price because I already have them reconciled correctly up to date and thought I can just hand off for tax return prep.

After talking with one of the Norada guys, this is what I learned: Several years ago, most properties were renovated, delivered rent-ready, with a screened, qualified tenant in place by the time of closing.

How long does it take to screen a tenant and find a qualified one for LTR?

You're looking at real estate as if it trades on a screen.

I did that (posted the notice on the screen door and took pictures), however don't know if it's legally served. 

It's difficult to see how a tenant will be after screened and signing a lease.

My landlords use Azibo for management and RentSpree for screening, but there are a million options.
