The property is older, and in relative good condition, but my worry is there are going to try and rip it apart because its an older property and code then is not code now.

So, 220 a sq gives my guys not less than 100 per sq for labor, done in one day so they make 2500ish in a day, two guys.  460 per sq is INSANE, and a total rip off.
