The kind that can’t fill out a form, checks both boxes in an either or situation, and can’t be bothered to respond to calls, texts, or emails.

It's a different style of platform than AirBnB (love them) or Vrbo (indifferent), but we can source a lot of good leads from FF.You may already know this, so I am responding to anyone who may not know about the nuances of FF.

And if you get named, respond quickly and through a strong law firm. 

Luckily I was in a buyer's market at the time, but about 75% of agents did not even respond to me and I could not set up appointments online because I was not a MLS member.

I feel like a complete idiot, as I am not a newbie at all but had recently moved to Illinois, and most of the usual lenders I use do not lend here.The broker will now not respond to any calls, texts or emails.

Update:  they responded: Summer group- "do not have a company insuring apartment buildings."
