The response I received from Tardus when I asked about this was "we can help you make adjustments" but unless they can replace my income, I really don't see how the patented calculation can replace my income (unless you are already at the tail-end of the snowball).I am truly happy for the people who have tried it and have had a positive experience to date.

Be ware of the ones that get compensated on the back end by trying to refer you to replacement property solutions that compensate them.  

Some questions I have.1) Do you make enough from your houses that you can not only replace your income but also make enough that you can continue investing in real estate?

They usually do not have these figured out, I mean sure, everyone wants to 'make money', or ' own 10 properties in 3 years', or (my favorite) 'replace their W2 job in 5 years'.....but they have not thought any further than those basic (and misguided) goals.

I suspect this will increase as the people who lost homes do not want to live in hotels and, as the high season approaches, the hotels will be less inclined to provide reduced rates to the fire victims.I hope no one from out of state decides to move to San Diego until this housing situation is stabilized.i wish all the fire victims the best and success finding replacement housing.  

It can affect estimated replacement cost and therefore the amount of coverage recommended/required.  

Take up the floor from inside the house and excavate the clay and replace it with something sandier that percolates better.

And buy 2 replacement properties.1.

The EPA wants all lead pipes replaced, period.
