I use the app Meetup.com to find out about local real estate events and masterminds.

A partner and I, both of who work a full time job, are looking to get into real estate investing.

But as someone who tries to be as prepared and have as many questions answered as possible, I just cannot get past the doubts regarding the deal (there are just not any real comps, which in itself also causes me concern).For all of you successful investors out there, how many deals did you have to analyze/inspect before you finally ended up pulling the trigger?

Picking the right agent is key because, let’s be real, everyone sounds great until it’s time to deliver.

So, my simple question is for a recommendation for a company that works with investors and business owners and knows to look at all the tax returns not just one of them. 

Your question was whether all passive income is treated the same.

Ideally, you should have consulted a real estate tax pro before doing that.

It does make me feel more comfortable as I know the are well as a Real Estate Agent.
