Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I'd love to start hosting asap and I wouldn't allow the guests access to the kitchen (though of course they'd have access to their rented rooms, bathroom etc.).

I think Landlords are better off using strong policies, knowing the law, acting quickly and professionally.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

Trying to be professional and courteous.

More than standard among design professionals- Architects and Engineers. 

Each deal is different of course.
