As I have said they can throw people out for negativity so you will unlikely get a true and honest review from anyone in a forum like this. these training companies just follow MLM tactics  ala Amway etc.. right down to the sell the product make money. its all the same marketing just the product is different.

Never should you be paying 2.5 points on an FHA product.

I would lean more MTR or LTR regardless of product type.

I completely agree with that and there is a way to phrase it when you are not trolling by saying, hey I own a CRM company and am honestly looking for feedback to make the product better (and then do not send DMs).

You can generally go up to 75% LTV on these products so long as the anticipated PITI is 1:1 with the gross rent.

They have very professional products, usually for less than $10 and with instructions on how to use the product.
