Commercial is much more of a relationship/who you know business so your job is to know more people who are the players in your area.

You have to change the way think and know you are chasing time freedom.To get time freedom, you use all of your skills and assets, but you don't scale too quickly.

I own and manage mostly class B and B+ single family homes and condos, but I have heard that evictions have ticked up in class C, that’s one of the problems with chasing cash flow is getting into class C and dealing with a tenants that are not as well qualified and higher risk of default to begin with.

This is a stark contrast to most on BiggerPockets who are chasing the BRRRR method to "scale" and achieve infinite returns but instead buy in stagnant low barrier markets. 

I RARELY get people you pay money for to chase!

You really have to have a game changing product to make it worth larger players to switch.

They likely do not have access to those easier sources of capital though because of their shady business history and practices.Good investors do not need your money or partnership. same s**t to syndicator as well, if they do lot of marketing, run away ..... chase syndicator that doesn't need new investor lol

Than the assorted $ chasing those massive shifts, and working to anticipate the next in there trades.
