Real estate is a wealthy persons game. 

One small point of criticism; we were there in the winter and in the evening a lot to play a game or watch TV.

Unfortunately it's a game, and it's just gotten more and more convoluted since TX doesn't regulate Roofing, like foundation work, so anyone can grab a hammer and ladder to say "I'm a roofer!"

From what I've learned in this business is that you're not only investing into a deal, but into the people of that deal.I believe that real estate is a game of strong connections, not expensive playbooks.

So many "investors" bury themselves in complex, expensive situations to protect themselves from some unknown threat to their non-existent business.Figure out if you have any shooting skills (or even enjoy the game) before spending money on $600 Nikes or an indoor basketball court. 

I will try and remember to come back and update what I find out in a week or two of testing out both platforms.

Poor or No Communication PlatformsEffective co-living communication platforms are characterized by:1) usability2) accessibility3) commitment of involvementThis can be done through house email lists, whiteboard, group texts, etc.
