We don't use the platform but from what I've heard, it's a great option!  

I've been a member of BiggerPockets for 5 years or so, but have never truly contributed to the platform.

hi @Dave Skow, like everyone says above the up front "platform fee" is non-refundable.

And this is why I'm trying to take the necessary steps to correct this poor behavior and joining this platform to get some input/knowledge/guidance/advice.

(and I would definitely support paying the $149 for listing on FF)Beyond FF, Airbnb and ALE, it's going to take time and leg work, and which platform will depend on your market.

There was an article published in Sept 2024 that showed the average consumer would save over $10,000 by working with a broker vs a direct lender over the life of their loan. 

Great people, intuitive platform, get their K1s out on time and returns have met expectations...one of the reasons I am invested in two funds at this point as the first investment was really to test the waters and validate I was a good fit.  

I won’t try to tell you what to do other than if there’s certain properties that just consume way more energy you might consider 1031ing them into slightly larger properties where you could get better economies of scale for your time and expenses.

Not only can they handle risk management, but they also excel in marketing, optimizing the guest experience (leading to positive reviews and referrals), and leveraging technology such as booking platforms and pricing tools.

I am not the most technical person but in this day and age, not being technical is even more reason to welcome opportunities to use platforms that help develop that skill.
