Im a newer memeber looking at the Hunstivlle AL rental market! Any advice or recommendations on where to purchase a long term property for rent are appreciated! Otherwise, I'll try and do the research myself...

I have my own leads (name of decedent, physical address of property, personal representative for the estate, Their physical address.

I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to help me build a credit profile/score for my company which will be independent of my personal credit. 

Does anyone know stats on this or have personal experience in this region?

My piece of advice would be to try to take advantage of as much free education as possible with podcasts, forums like these, YouTube, and other real estate investors.

You missed an important item: Depending on how a person does #1 or #2, it could get them: A fast-pass to the "Principles Office" for "bullying" and now there sitting in "detention"....
