Because of persistence, follow ups, and consistently cold prospecting on a daily basis, in my first full 12 month calendar year licensed (2018), I have been able to replace my previous salary.

Be patient and persistent.

There are so many people out there who have been doing this and truly get fulfillment from helping lift others up, you just have to be persistent and consistent and find someone like that!

What worked for you, personally, not exaggerating and saying you started flat broke, but you were working a $100k job, like really start with nothing but persistence and a goal.

If they persist with their claim, that's when you'll have to make the bigger $ decision.

I persisted and only purchased SFH (2500 sq ft),  happy days now, I have had long term tenants in all my properties now.

Found this deal through word of mouth and a lot of persistence.

I'm convinced most investors would have given up, but persistence to see it through has provided for a very valuable property, and experience to boot.
