Hey Richard I have a Sub 2 deal in Akron perfect for STR. 6k entry fee 6% interest 165k balance. 

I am based in IL just outside of Chicago.

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth. 

@Allan Guerra, at least in Ohio, you cannot receive a commission based on the purchase price of a property without being a licensed real estate agent.  

It is in good condition and centrally located to shopping and the base so I'm surprise that it has been sitting this long. 

I know getting my real estate license is one option, but I am looking for more than one option.I am based in CT, so if anything specific is coming to mind let me know, open to all Ideas.

The type of analysis I run is a modified risk adjusted return analysis based on an analytical technique taught to be in an advanced finance class by a Professor long since retired.
