It is a mindset cancer in our society that's not only ignored but all but penalized for even mentioning.

When I first joined I dove into the forum section of BP & binge watched a ton of Youtube Videos. 

Be aware you will start getting requests from law enforcement and neighbors to view videos.

I charge a really high fee and require the tenant to carry bite insurance.Inspections are done on a schedule and always recorded with pictures and/or video.
