Are they picking window style and placement, exterior cladding, color, etc? 

It is important (and a huge advantage) to be able to anticipate interstate migration patterns before they happen :-)I am just opposed to the 'sky is falling' approach....not even saying you were going there.....but lots of people do just that.Other than that, interesting topic....

I am not opposed to realtors.That being said, the mechanics are to figure out the value of your Palace, either by learing about comps or having someone knowledgable figure comps.

The short term rental market is alive and well and to say I do not know the market because you feel its become cold is more of opposing opinions.
