Being new, I need all the info I can get on the subject, but its a daunting task trying to weed through truth, and whatever else is said in a post, on a forum.I mean no harm/offense/negative to anyone here, but shouldnt posts in a forum be treated as if we were speaking in everyday life?

I moved here from Colorado 17 years ago and it took me a long time to get used to the concept...and in the mean time, I had buyers who lost properties they wanted to buy, because they started out too low and the seller and especially the seller's agent were offended and worked to assure that the "offensive" buyer did not "get" the property.

No offense Herwig, but I don't think Accredify will take the liability in court if your service returns 'true' on an accredited investor who is in fact not accredited.Let's assume the worst case and the investor sues.
