If you purchase a rent ready RE investment this could be 0%, but at the opposite extreme a good brrrr can produce the now elusive infinite return (I have achieved this on most of my RE investments but believe it is very challenging in the current market to bp not be cash negative after the refi to extract the added value.I expect to make an offer this week.

I'm coming up on policy renewal and, unfortunately, Obie no longer has a realationship with that carrier so I'll be curious to see what they bring to the table as other options.Overall, nothing negative to say about them.

They are the worst company to deal with ever.I then asked a few other real estate attorneys and their response was the same.The negative reviews shared are exactly what happened to me.In addition i have personally had over 100 loans in my lifetime.
