People can see it in google maps, and it's a single mouse click for them to be at my portal looking at my listings.  

@David McPhetres you can put in LVT or commercial tile if it takes a beating and then put an entry way mat over the area which you can throw away if slipperiness is an issue.  

@Mat O'Grady at this point in time I would not recommend even someone who has filed many evictions to not use a lawyer.

I have a four unit building and i was told by one of the tenants that she recently got a mouse infestation.

Particularly for those with mountain cabins, this is going to happen… How do you deal with evidence of a single mouse from your cleaner if guests have not seen a mouse or complained?
