Do not mix money and expenses, or it won't protect you from lawsuits as intended.

I like a mixed approach best.

I got the terms mixed with open mortgage (no penalty to pay off early, but higher interest rates) and closed (more typical mortgage with lower rates, but the penalties to pay off the mortgage)...that'll teach me not to post too early in the morning :)

However, when I requested our EIN the letter stated, "Based on the information received from you or your representative, you must file the following forms by the dates shown.

when i do seller carrybacks I get hammered by yellow letters soliciting the purchase of my notes. we just sold one and the buyer got a 22% apr..

I eventually got her and her "boss" on the phone after my lawyer sent them a letter, and rather than address any issues, they became defensive and accepted no responsibility.

However I just received a very concerning letter from the Fire Marshall Office saying I need to provide a notarized letter within 5 days stating I will not have more than 12 occupants in the cabin until I change the Certificate of Occupancy which would be devastating to my bookings.
