Given how many gurus are marketing and pushing consumers to get into Airbnb arbitrage it has created a massive amount of saturation across many markets.

What is not being talked about is the massive influx of agents into the business.  

need massive power close to said land.. also keep in mind they employ very few people so its not a long term thing for employment

My advise is to purchase a property and not worry about buying at a massive discount.

Their feeder city information shows the massive amount of growth in these cities and that people will look for nearby travel areas for all activities. 

With unpermitted base what i found it is even more difficult to evict if they are non paying and worse off all you might need to cough up some massive relocation of $18k in state of CA.

I was just suggesting to David that he chill out about the term "HELOC", when (given his massive savings) there's ample alternatives for him that will accomplish the same end (and most likely - cheaper)...
