I will not go into the mathematics, but anyone that is a MBA graduate should know from his course work that the market place equalizes demand and supply against pricing.  

If you are not comfortable asking other successful hosts who they use, you might want to look for a group on Facebook marketplace for your market and look for newer cleaner/handyman that are starting out and hungry for business and to do a good job.2.

hey Jerome, we've had a lot of great success on Facebook marketplace, lots of people are using that for all kinds of things, it's pretty much the new craigslist.

I think you're going to have to resign yourself to the loss.FB Marketplace is a cess pool; you're not going to get any serious buyers there, certainly not ones that wouldn't expect some hefty discount.

Id say in my market place somewhere around 1-2% of properties have disclosed variable rate commissions.
