One bug report and one request:1) LinkedIn account link feature asks for the full web address, and then puts it in the URL twice, which returns an error.2) Can we add "Asset Management" to the list of Software > Specializations?

Jeryll advocates using SEO and having the motivated sellers contact you rather than trying to identify the motivated sellers via any metrics or lists.My view is the primary difference is he uses a web page while mailers, text etc rely on the motivated sellers calling them   Also, you do not need to find many great deals.

I did a lot of business with the San Jose RIA and the old owner she sold to a turn key provider.. the turn key provider wants the SJ RIA for profit and to sell her product of that I have no doubt. and the bigger turn key providers in the mid west spent a bunch of bucks getting into her RIA and being allowed to present they spent it in the form of adverts in her magazine...
