What are the logistics of actually purchasing like this?

Any advice on who to speak with or what to search for in terms of the actual logistics of taking a loan out of the LLC?

I think he's a Sgt E5 - has a tech type job in logistics or for all I know he flys a drone and blows people up all day as we have some sort of tech center where they do that on the local Airbase. 

Once the logistics are worked out, I will communicate with the appropriate information.

You could probably find someone to do it for less but you’ll probably find yourself handling more of the schedule and logistics coordination between trades.

haha  That's really not my issue; I just wouldn't want to deal with the logistics of scheduling cleanings/turnarounds and coordinating appropriate check-in/out times for a few extra bucks, regardless of the way in which the space was used.  

So maybe in 5-10 years it could make sense to end this partnership simply due to logistics and where we'd be investing at that point.
