Looking to connect with like minded investors in the Wilmington NC area, I am fairly new to the game but a quick learner.

Be it investors, learners, agents etc.

I am good with numbers and am a fast-learner.

Take what I say with a grain of salt as I'm a slow learner and just finally decided to purchase out of state after nearly 6 years of trying in Los Angeles. 

@Allan FooteCollege is a scam, if you are a learner... you will find mentorship, learn as you go, and surround yourself with the right people to succeed.

We kept our house way too long (I guess we are slow learners) but even with less cash flow all things considered the 4-plex made us more money - it appreciated quicker and it was a lot easier to manage. 

I'm a visual learner and this book graphically illustrates and somewhat simplifies the code's language. 

Although I am new to REI, I am a hard worker and fast learner ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work.
