There are 2 group calls per month with Jerome leading the call; it is scheduled at 2 pm PST (not ideal for most people regardless of time zone), Jerome was always late, there is no agenda or plan for the call, his phone reception was interrupted constantly to the point that his line would drop, and each call has ended abruptly with Jerome saying he had another commitment he had to get to.

Rent was due by 5th but no communication on late payment and is not responding to my text/emails.

Just go to one of the Friday afternoon 2pm 1hr showing windows of most wholesalers and see another 25-30 investors there "inspecting" the property. 

One of my clients just built a new home in Los Altos hills really cool bout 4500 sq ft modern and he is in it over  6 mil just build cost.. young guy late 30s has some sort of on line something. 

Late payments, property damage, and evictions are avoidable when you have a PM who knows how to find reliable renters.I encourage you to seek out a property management company that emphasizes tenant screening and uses modern tools for verification.
