The hurdle I believe is lack of Real Estate knowledge Any advice on a real estate education source?

I guess my only hesitation is still the lack of understanding on how it works.

I've been looking for off-markets on Facebook groups lately.I've prepared some acquisition funds.I'm still lacking in research on rehab and refinance.

In my limited experience, HML may not care too much about your credit but they will care about your, presumed, lack of experience.  

there would be no way you would get financed for this given your lack of knowledge of the subject..

Obviously the dev here is going to be different just given the difference in geographies and an over lack of granite in the ground here, but theres an epic amount of projects going up here if you're interested in that kinda thing.

the reason you aren't getting deals probably isn't lack of experience but lack of money/ down payment. 

The first question is it a legit issue and most importantly is the lack of me doing it make the home unsafe or uninhabitable?
