I don't have any experience there, but based on the metrics, it seems like an extremely solid place to investigate.

The fact that someone wants to arbitrage your property is a sign that it might be a good STR, but you have to investigate. 

I recommend you investigate some syndications.  

Outside of the kry metrics one needs to evaluate when investigating any market, I also created a list of priorities and nice-to-haves.

Set up keyword alerts.

There's certainly quite a few of us around but things have been kinda slow since the interest rates jumped up and BP is doing a revamp of their website and overhauling the different premium tier packages and I've noticed its been messing with notifications and keywords and such so some people are just missing posts they would normally see. 

The best bet is to find an insurance BROKER (keyword) and have them search around for the best rate to see if they can beat any of the three I named.
