In the Puna area there are many jungle lots that can be had in that range. 

I've seen lots of new development in the very early stages on the Coba road across Hwy 305 literally out in the jungle--for rental purposes, there is nothing around these locations, and they are at least 5 miles from the beach.Many of the properties being built in Tulum are a WAYS from the beach, across Hwy. 305.   

They somehow manage to maintain emotional poise and enjoy themselves in a predatorial jungle of verbal/emotional warfare.

All the time I see people talking about building their "team" in Detroit: (Real Estate Agent, lawyer, accountant, property manager, contractor, or TurnKey company) All of those people make more money the more you buy and they're getting paid out of your pocket before you make any money and whether you do or not.Good luck as you explore the jungle South of Eight Mile

Places like this grow like a jungle and you will pay an enormous amount to keep the property up (you're not there and have to hire a company full time or its built into the (HOA... not always called this)  All of these are a lot more than you think they will be.
