I've seen lots of new development in the very early stages on the Coba road across Hwy 305 literally out in the jungle--for rental purposes, there is nothing around these locations, and they are at least 5 miles from the beach.Many of the properties being built in Tulum are a WAYS from the beach, across Hwy. 305.

Places like this grow like a jungle and you will pay an enormous amount to keep the property up (you're not there and have to hire a company full time or its built into the (HOA... not always called this)  All of these are a lot more than you think they will be.

I had a GF there, so was there often, Not a fan, jsut a concrete jungle, sure " down town" was ok, but IMO crazy high as is all of FL, YEP 185k, I remember LOLAll the best,
