Good afternoon, I currently live in the UK in a property owned here with my partner, I have two properties in WA- One is a long term rental property with no mortgage that I inherited in 2020 and the other is currently used as an AirBnb with a mortgage that I am still paying and have been for the past 4 years.I am looking to sell the house that has no mortgage however we have to wait untill June for the tenants to move out and it is unlikely that it will sell before then as it needs some work done to clean it up for listing.What are my options currently?

These things should NEVER be considered in an educational program much less a program that has self serving owners with over-hyped experience and credentials.Students have been squeezed out of deals that their coaches are involved with.

When you have about 10 doors, get the CPA involved.

@Brad Kanouse I have an idea that doesn't involve drawing from your IRA.

A few public projects have cleaned this up but the area has never prospered since.

Thank you for your input.Keep a cheat sheet for your property(ies) with color brand/codes for each room and common info needed such as appliance info, fridge opening HxW, etc...Paint should be standard sets of colors for all the properties you have.Flat means hard to clean, repaint it all.

I knew this 4 years ago and decided to build my real estate portfolio to get enough know how to finally get involved.
