Have recently thought that a wood-look may be more warm, natural, and inviting (and match the natural terracotta tile roof).Does anyone have any recommendations for fence materials that mimic wood that are (1) durable and (2) cost effective for a rental property?

There have been numerous changes in the last few years .

My advice: keep it clean, simple, and inviting.

We require the names of all the guests who will be at the property, this protects us from liability if the guests invite others to the property and have not explicitly stated they will be there.

We've dealt with this numerous times over the years.Have listed the same property for rent furnished & unfurnished and at least 90% of the time we end up renting them out unfurnished.Would recommend trying renting them MTR.
