Even if you have an excellent team built with plenty of trust, it's really difficult to do this without having lots of face time and rapport building.

PM's will have plenty of contractors to help streamline the process for you and limit your liability when dealing with contractors. 

Dont get me wrong there are plenty of heavy hitters that just scan the site and dont really post. 

This gives them plenty of time to search the market.

Sounds like a pretty easy way to get in over my head fast, but at the same time, it seems like an opportunity to pick up a property WAY under market value and there theoretically should still be plenty of meat on the bone.

Experienced syndication sponsors are considered experts in the real estate field and are often invited to various investment conferences to speak in keynote presentations and on expert panels.

I believe the housing shortage is a farce - there is no housing shortage - there is an affordability issue and an inventory issue - but there is plenty of housing.

It is hard to find a 2 bedroom SFH which might discourage more occupants but 2 bedroom duplexes are plentiful.
