I think I might have started this thread a couple of years back and am in VB as well, so interested to see if its getting any footing.Sounds like some have had success with it, so I guess I gotta get back on the hunt for them. 

The individual can verify that it is a licensed health care provider, but cannot easily determine if that health care provider is one of the many that advertise on the internet for ESA authorizations for a fee.I personally think the biggest advantage of using petscreening.com as well as enforce AB468 is it discourages bogus ESA applicants from applying.  

I've had clients buy a SimpliSafe security system and send it to the PM to set up for the property as well as a mobile wifi to make sure it's connected to the internet and notify the police.

Everyone you ever need to do business with will offer enough transparency to show their authenticity and legitimacy.With the internet there is an abundance of good people to do business with and most are fighting to prove they are such.

Yes, I realize that there may be no such thing as anonymity, despite some of the information that is spread around the internet about Nevada LLCs.  

However, since this is an internet forum, it's easy to dehumanize people to accounts because they are text-based.

Renting as a vacation rental might work during hunting season but there really isn't much to do there that would attract vacationers in the winter.

I advise against asking random people on the internet for guidance on this matter.Another thing to consider is the Corporate Transparency Act has removed some of the anonymity you get with LLCs.

And of course, most homes have HOA's (homeowners associations) that can be $20-$250/month to pay for community maintenance, sometimes lawn care, cable/internet, amenity upkeep, pool, security etc.
