If tenant knows you do not have insurance, which they could learn by searching for you on the internet and finding this thread, they have the upper hand.

Linden is seeing a large amount of investment activity within residential 1-4 unit properties and newly developed facilities, which were ignited by the ONE Linden Plan.

Water and sewage main laterals are all at the street running perpendicular to the lots, Power/Internet lines as well. 

You may want to look at sober living facility as another option and dive into those numbers.

Any internet resources and books that go in depth on these concepts would be very helpful! 

MTRs are great, and there is a lot of opportunity with the different medical facilities in the area, as well as the influx of military and the gaining popularity of MTRs among the general public, not just traveling nurses.

I know the 20yr city development plans, I know of the waste water treatment facilities that are wrapping up approvals and have not even broke ground yet and exactly how many w/s laterals will be approved with such. 

Matthew, if you are an accredited investor, there are literally thousands of syndications and crowdfunding deals (which are essentially syndications that are allowed to market over the Internet) available.
