Unfortunately the first time/inexperienced retail buyers who actually need a buyer's agent, are the ones who most likely won't be able to afford one. 

I looked at your website and will consider reaching out on a specific deal :) Yea there's definitely alot of danger in these types of deals, hopefully the inexperienced don't ruin them for everyone!

I am young and inexperienced, but eager to learn about REI so I can control my future.

Indeed it will be bad news for the consumer as a lot will get locked in with inexperienced / part time agents who never make the cut.  

One flaw in the system though is it is often hard to tell easily the difference between a very inexperienced or bad agent, and a rockstar agent.

Definitely agree you can't predict what will happen, but I feel the risk of inexperienced home buyers going unrepresented could cost far more in the long run if the deal isn't straight-forward.

Most do not have that capital to deploy and if they did that's not how they'd deploy it.Gap funding an inexperienced, capital strapped investor is a terrible investment.
